Fair-Trade Volunteer Program in Hawaii
- United States of America
- Hawaii
About Program
As some of you may know, Hedonisia Hawaii EcoFeminist Community was destroyed in the 2018 Kilauea volcano (See Hedonisia.com for story).
As a result, our volunteer program is now more rustic iand camping based as we focus on rebuilding.
Our Fair-Trade Volunteer tourism program still allows you to enjoy a working vacation in Hawaii at a much lower cost than traditional vacations.
Most of the jobs for volunteers are outdoors doing land work, weeding, landscaping and so on. For many people, working outside in tropical paradise is just the kind of healthy vacation that they need.
If you are only in Hawaii for a short time and would like to enjoy a discount working holiday volunteer vacation then check us out.
Wishing you much aloha!

Be part of the creation of an eco-hut made with a locally sourced wood called Strawberry Guava that is the fastest growing hardwood in Hawaii and also an invasive species. Hedonisia Guava Land is a forest grove of Strawberry Guava so we have plenty of building materials :)
