About Program
On the 16th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, cities along the Gulf Coast of Louisiana were devastated by Hurricane Ida, which made landfall near Port Fourchon on August 29th. This critically dangerous category 4 hurricane brought winds of 150 mph, destroying buildings, knocking out power and causing widespread flash flooding.
Hurricane Ida then passed over the Northeastern U.S., causing catastrophic levels of rainfall and significant flooding, especially in New York and New Jersey.
All Hands and Hearts is on the ground and ready to support these devastated communities. Now more than ever, your support can assist communities as they can recover from these devastating impacts.
