About Program

Looking to dive into a new career? Or just advance your diving skills? Look no further than the Australian Divemaster Academy! From any level to Divemaster, the ADA has a package to suit your needs.

Becoming a Divemaster is your first true step into the professional diving world. The flexible course structure is designed to allow our candidates to become competent in a variety of skills ranging from group leadership, logistics, dive planning and risk management.

And you can do all this whilst diving the Cape Byron Marine Park and experiencing the underwater brilliance of Julian Rocks Marine Reserve, which is one of Australia'a top ten dive sites!

Here the reserve is home to three different species of sea turtle, an assortment of rays including mantas, hard and soft corals, friendly wobbegong sharks and over four hundred different species of fish. All of this is only a five-minute boat ride from Byron Bay.
