LEAD Retreats and Educational Adventures

A strong spiritual foundation could change your life. LEAD is an eight month adventure devoted to God, reading His word, living in community and serving the retreat season at the Ranch. It is a time where you simultaneously work the retreat business, grow in relationship with Him and also develop your own character as you live in community.

This program is meant to stretch and grow you, offering opportunities that challenge you as well as experiences where you operate out of your strengths. There will be time to learn about your major and time to grow in your fatih. Start your year off by putting down a solid foundation in what is most important, your relationship with God.

Weekly activities include: Bible studies, community meals, working in the kitchen, caring for horses, personal time in prayer, corporate worship and much more!
