Epic China

What an awesome trip so far! The activities we have done and the things we have seen are truely breathtaking, from the great Wall to kayaking down the Li River. The adventure leaders are always keen to help and are easy to talk to.

The people I have met along the way have been cool and friends for life. I have enjoyed every moment (even the night trains) on the dragon trip and recommend it to anyone and everyone.

What would you improve about this program?
Slightly cheaper and maybe increase the places we stay and reduce in other places

China Trip

Great trip, well organised and really is worth your money for the experience you get. I would defiantly recommend this trip.

This trip meant that you could go and enjoy the cities but the next day you will be traveling somewhere so different and this was a great contrast.

There were lots of night trains to get to places one 16 hours long so bare that in mind.

The leaders are all very helpful and know a lot about each place and are happy to answer any questions.

What would you improve about this program?
More honestly regarding when people join the group and when people leave the group early. There were less people at the end of the trip and this impacts the overall experience.

Dragon Trip - Beijing

Had an amazing time in Beijing. Highlight for me was going to the Great Wall. Thanks to the Dragon Trip team for organising this so well. Delicious (though spicy!) lunch at the hostel before heading to the Wall, specifically in time to see the sunset (must admit, I didn't join for the sunrise, but I am not a morning person!). Luna was a great guide and I was lucky to have such a nice, welcoming group. Would absolutely recommend to both solo travellers and couples / groups.

What would you improve about this program?
Suggestion only as know there are probably date privacy issues, but would be nice if could get an idea before travelling of who else is in the group eg asking everyone to write a 2 line intro.
Alternatively an ice breaker when we all convene for the first time, helps with remembering names!

Amazing experience

China was always a place I wanted to go. But was daunted by how difficult everyone said it was to get a visa and to travel. The dragon trip removed all of these worries. Didn't have to worry what train to get on, what platform etc... just be there at this time. This made us able to fully enjoy the experience rather than worry about transport.

The best part would be visiting the great wall of China, but at a completely tourist free section. It made the experience 10x better without thousands of people there.

Overall I would highly recommend the dragon trip to anyone. It has covered all bases of China.

What would you improve about this program?
One point to improve would have been that our group started as 18 at one point. And now will finish with only 7. The group dynamic is affected when people leave. And Would be great if we could start and finish with everyone.

China

This trip of china is brilliant! You get to see all the main cities and attractions as well as some smaller villages that you would never see if you were on your own. The guides are really useful and china is a beautiful place. The part of the wall is so quiet and pretty. The people you meet really do make your time amazing. China has a great culture and this trip really gets you to see many different Chinese cultures. The guides have lots of useful information and will really help you. Would highly recommend the trip for all ages.
