YearOut International Volunteering - India Project

In collaboration with the non-profit organization Cesvi, our volunteers participate in the "Case del Sorriso" projects in Tamil Nadu. These projects offer international volunteers an opportunity to assist local staff working with orphans and children from low-income and under-privileged backgrounds. The projects are financed and coordinated by Cesvi and handled by local partners. The "Case del Sorriso" were created to provide children with safe, stable homes where they can access educational programs that are otherwise unavailable to them. The overall aim is to improve access to education for youth in the rural area of Tamil Nadu.

As a volunteer, you will contribute to the projects by assisting with activities and lessons for the children. You will have the opportunity to use your skills, abilities and knowledge by organizing recreational or after school activities, games, and basic English lessons. Your contribution is invaluable as volunteers are the heart of the project!
