About Program
Manara Fellows is a 7–10 day international leadership fellowship for ambitious young adults ages 18–22 who are ready to build confidence, independence, judgment, and global perspective through immersive real-world experiences.
Fellows travel in small cohorts of 6–8 to destinations including Japan, Italy, Morocco, and Qatar, where every day is intentionally designed around challenge, cultural immersion, mentorship, and reflection. Rather than following a traditional tour itinerary, Fellows navigate unfamiliar environments, engage with local leaders and communities, solve real-world challenges, and learn by doing.
Luxury accommodations, dedicated mentors, and thoughtfully designed experiences create an environment where meaningful growth can happen.
