About Program
Celtic European Arts is designed for students who have a passion for art and culture and have a desire to travel. Listening to new languages, tasting new foods, absorbing new sounds and smells - exploring the most exciting cities in Europe is central to EuropeGap. We travel across Ireland and Scotland, then onto Amsterdam and Berlin. Learning and appreciating various forms of art, from Irish poets to German street art. You do not have to have any experience in art but must have a desire to learn and let creativity flow. The semester will be a mixture of program-led activities, workshops and travel with plenty of free time to explore and discover with new friends.
In Northern Ireland, the seaside town of Portrush is called home. On your doorstep you will find Irish myths and legends, castles and beautiful beaches. The world-famous landscapes are the perfect backdrop for the most exciting gap year semester, whether you are painting the rugged cliffs or jumping off them in a wetsuit!
