Camp Roger Gap Year Program

The Camp Roger Gap Year Program is focused on the growth of its participants. In the course of nine months, students will be given opportunities to grow into the person that God has created them to be. They will live and work at Camp Roger, experiencing a strong Christian community, while building practical life and career skills that will prepare them for God’s purpose for their life. Students that participate in this program will leave Camp Roger with a better understanding of who God is, who they are in Christ, and what they are meant to do with the gifts that God gave them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Professes Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior and lives in accordance with God’s Word
• Eager to represent Christ well and share the good news of God’s love
• Agrees to sign and to strive to live up to the standards outlined in the Camp Roger Staff Covenant
• High school diploma
