About Program
Leadership in Global Change explores the impact that climate change will have on lives and societies in the future. This one-week course focuses on the effects of climate change on our future health challenges and how we develop solutions to overcome them. Focusing on areas like antibiotic resistance, the emergence of climate-related health issues, and global pandemics, students will engage with academics and experts to learn about the innovative work being done in this area.
Based in Oxford, UK, students will have access to this world-renowned city. Inside of class, students will meet with those at the forefront of health science and technological solutions. Outside of class, there is plenty to explore through our organized social program, including museum trips, walking tours, and more!
This program is designed for young people aged 15 to 18 who are considering further education or careers in medicine or health science and are looking for inspiration as they move forward.
