About Program
Leadership in Global Change explores the impact that climate change will have on lives and societies in the future. This one-week course has been created by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and will introduce students to the circular economy. Through a series of seminars and workshops, students will be challenged to think creatively about how we approach the question of design, whether that be for products, cities, or systems. They will be faced with the key question of how can we turn our waste into solutions for our current and future challenges?
During the day, students will work with the Education Team from the Foundation. After class, students will explore the vibrant city of Oxford and take in all that this historic city has to offer. From museum visits to boat rides on the river Thames, students will be engaged and entertained by our experienced and caring team.
This program is designed for anyone interested in sustainability from engineers to economists to scientists.
