About Program

Spend 12 days at Oxford while exploring your future career.

Designed for high school students in grades 9–12, the National Student Leadership Conference offers a pre-college experience that helps you explore potential majors before you start applying to college.

You’ll choose a focus in Medicine & Health Care, International Law & Politics, International Business & Finance, or Engineering, and step into hands-on simulations that show you how each field actually works, giving you the chance to test out career paths before choosing your college major. You’ll actively engage in real-world scenarios and hands-on workshops that reflect the work professionals do every day.

Through our partnership with the Oxford Scholars Programme, you’ll learn from experienced instructors and professionals who bring practical insight into every session, helping you connect your interests to real academic and career pathways while building confidence and leadership skills along the way.
