About Program

Have a service adventure with Walking Tree Travel. This trip will take you to the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California, where you'll work with Sacred Heart Community Services (SHCS) in San Jose. Your meaningful volunteer work with homeless and low-income individuals and families will be paired with the chance to explore Northern California. You'll visit San Francisco, Santa Cruz, redwood forests, and the region's best universities, UC Berkeley and Stanford. This trip provides the chance for a life-changing experience and to see what California life is really about.
