Paid Customer Service Internship, in London, Dublin or Edinburgh

Your main objective is provide the best attention to the customers to maintain the good reputation of the company and make sure they will receive the service they paid for. You will mainly work with the German market, under supervision of department manager.

- Help developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing & potential suppliers.
- Daily communication with suppliers (in native language and/or English).
- The role involves the co-ordination of a variety of arrangements for tour groups within specific time restrictions; making reservations, creating & updating group itineraries, making required amendments when changes to the clients programme occur, communication with tour guides and coach companies etc.

Italian, German, or French required.
