Roles and Responsibilities
To support the planning, development and implementation of curriculum in the school
To model effective lessons and instructional strategies
To observe classroom instruction, give feedback to the teachers and use this to develop training plans
To assist in developing and conducting assessments
To analyze student data and feedback into instructional practices and student learning outcomes
To oversee goal setting for students and teachers
To plan, coordinate and execute professional development opportunities for teachers
To identify areas where teachers need support and provide intervention as required
