Roles and Responsibilities
 To support the planning, development and implementation of curriculum in the school
 To model effective lessons and instructional strategies
 To observe classroom instruction, give feedback to the teachers and use this to develop training plans
 To assist in developing and conducting assessments
 To analyze student data and feedback into instructional practices and student learning outcomes
 To oversee goal setting for students and teachers
 To plan, coordinate and execute professional development opportunities for teachers
 To identify areas where teachers need support and provide intervention as required
