About Program
Our volunteers and interns are the heroes of our program!
We have just restarted our weekly Eco-Clubs after the end of the summer school holidays in Paraguay and are looking for enthusiastic interns to help kick start our newest Eco-Club Initiative. We host a myriad of different activities that are still developing alongside our community’s needs. No two days of your stay will be the same.
This program offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, while making a real difference in the world.
Responsibilities will include:
- Planning lessons and activities aimed at children aged 7-16
- Be creative in coming up with new ideas to actively involve children in fun and educative activities
- Contributing to the overall design of the curriculum
- Leading activities, assisting in lessons, and chaperoning groups
- Interacting with Paraguayan children in a variety of settings (1-on-1, as a tutor or assistant to small group, as a group leader, etc.)

- Work in the quaint city of Pilar, with lots of opportunities to experience the friendly and easy-going Paraguayan lifestyle.
- Receive a certificate of completion detailing your role, the project(s) you participated in, and the dates you volunteered in.
- Experience the satisfying feeling of committing your work to a good cause whilst gaining insight into a new culture.
- Live and work with like-minded people from all over the world.
- Promote conservation and science in one of the most endangered habitats of the world.
