About Program
Reporting to the General Counsel for Asia-Pacific, you will be mainly responsible for:
-Legal research on topics required by the team, both under Singapore law and under the laws of other countries in Asia.
-Preparing, reviewing and proof-reading day-to-day agreements (confidentiality, agency, distribution, supply) under the guidance of the team.
-Assisting our paralegal on ensuring corporate compliance for all our companies in Asia.
