About Program
Permitted during October-May, we will work with the Andaman Network Foundation & The Villager Group of Koh Mook, Trang Province of Thailand to conserve Manatee (Dugong Dugon or sea cow); a marine mammal found in the Andaman sea of Thailand, held within its a warm temperature water. His diet is singly sea-grasses. Internees, volunteers or other interested people (who can swim, be not allergic to seafood, and free from the epilepsy) will participate in the 6 weeks program for; the Andaman Sea geography & ecosystem study; taxidermy & behavioral study, sea-grass propagation, Manatees & Andaman aquatic life conservation, fish house installation, study of Manatee & aquatic life habitat and track. This program is designed to merge interest people directly to experts, conservation group, coastal communities, and local intellectualists. It is not just a feeding animal program. But it ensures internees or volunteer to perceive 'a real and directed experiences' in this specific field.
