What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
Honesty, integrity and fairness in dealing with staff and clients is a major factor in being a successful company. Another is offering a superior product. At A Broader View, we strive everyday to do just that.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
In my years as a volunteer coordinator with ABV, I have become acquainted with outstanding people - both the volunteers and the recipients of our volunteer services.

A Broader View, a non-profit corporation, offers safe, diverse and time-tested programs for overseas volunteering at a very competitive cost.
Describe a time when you felt especially proud to be part of your current team
Our team was able to quickly raise funds among our own friends and family for an immediate and overwhelming need for orphaned girls in a developing African country.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
One of our young volunteers brought with her to Africa boxes of Kraft macaroni and cheese. The children in her charge had never encountered this product. As she shared the food with them, she was astonished at their reaction. Afterward, ABV sent that orphanage cases of Kraft macaroni and cheese -- to the delight of the kids.
