What is your favorite travel memory?

Going to Cape Town, South Africa back in 2007 was truly the most beautiful and memorable travel experience. Given its distance from South Korea, it's not a place many people travel or know about.

While I was there, I was able to experience its culture and people in a way that has helped me better understand our South African candidates and where they come from.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have changed and grown in many ways since beginning work for this company.

Our CEO encourages us to try different activities to promote our services and distinguish us from others - through this, we have tried web seminars for clients coming to Korea for the first time, as well as provided a variety of client services.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

I strongly believe that our company has the foundation for a successful recruiting company, and that we have developed our interview protocols based on scientific theory. We always provide new teachers and recruiters a full training period and ensure they understand our company's philosophy and what we value in a teacher.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Korvia consulting has been selected as a distinguished partner from the Gyeonggi Board of Education and National Institute of International Education Department (NIIED) for more than 7 years in a row.

Through these achievements, our aim is to demonstrate to our clients that we have stuck to and continually developed our values for the past ten years.
