Last November, my friends and I went to Chiang Mai, Thailand, to attend the traditional festival, the Loy Krathong. Watching the ten thousand Sky Lanterns rising slowly seems to be in the fairy tale world. And you can make your wish and expect it to come true. People from all over the world are gathered here. I never thought it would be so romantic.

What is your favorite travel memory?
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
This is my first job and also the happiest job. When I came here, I found that it was like a big family. It not only taught me how to work, but also how to live. I learned how to get along with different people. And I made many friends from different countries. Understanding the customs and customs of different countries. This gave me a much grander view.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
Tina, a 20-year-old girl, had the opportunity of learning Chinese and Chinese culture opened up at her High school. She came to China for half a year to study Chinese. She discovered that she really liked the language and spent most of her spare time studying Chinese. She is interested in all issues relating to Chinese history.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
The private Chinese class.
First, we can make up for the lack of knowledge in time. Second, teaches face-to-face, and before the class, the level of students has been known, leaving students with sufficient room for consideration.
In this environment, students learn, emotions will relax, and learning efficiency will naturally be greatly improved.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
A family-like team.
Like a family, this team can understand and help each other, bring out its own advantages, gradually make up for its own shortcomings, and make the whole team tend to be perfect individuals.
The essence of our team is common commitment. Joint commitment is to share the responsibility of the team. Without this commitment, the team is like a piece of loose sand. Make this commitment, the team will work together to become a strong collective.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
Clear goals and directions.
Goals and directions dominate the fate and achievements of the company. They are the driving force driving our company forward. If the company does not have a clear goal in mind, it will waste energy and life, just like a super sports car without a steering wheel. Even if it has the most powerful engine, it will still be a pile of scrap iron, which cannot play any role.
