Program Highlights
- During your experience in an “Efterskole-stay”, you will acquire social competencies from living closely together, like gaining a deeper sense of empathy and intercultural understanding.
- While you will study, eat and sleep at the college, you’ll also have a Danish contact family whom you can visit!
- You’ll have the chance to take courses in a wide variety of areas such as sustainability, music, arts, technology, sports, project management, and much more!
- Learning is less formal than traditional high school or college courses, as folk colleges aim to attract students who wish to develop their skill and understanding in their specific field of interest.
- Anywhere in Denmark is only an hour or less away from the seashore, so it’s a perfect place for those who like to go swimming, sailing, rowing, or paddle boarding.
