I learned so much on this course, way more than I was expecting! I really recommend TEFLPros for anyone who wants to teach English abroad. They prepared me in so many ways. Now I know how to lesson plan, manage a classroom, major grammar points and lots more. There were so many options for me to choose from and TEFLPros made a good case for being transparent and real about everything. The course was easy to follow and I didn't have any issues before, during or after. My favorite part was that there was SO much video. I was never bored and all the video helped me to really understand the lessons better. It felt like I was in a classroom. They helped me get my resume formatted and connected me with lots of great jobs. I felt supported the whole time but most importantly, I feel ready to teach! I can't wait :)

I’m a traveler so making the decision to teach English abroad wasn’t hard for me. But choosing the right course took a lot of research. In the end I went for TEFLPros because they felt really transparent in a super scammy industry. Wow! The course was above and beyond my expectations. It was super engaging and I never felt bored because there’s lots of video. They taught me how to lesson plan and manage a classroom. I didn’t know any of this stuff before I took the course. Being a good teacher is more difficult than I expected! But this course really gave me the tools to do a good job. I am open to teaching anywhere in the world and their job support has been helpful for someone so indecisive like me haha. They helped me get my resume set up and the best part is that after completing the course I have lots of my own lesson plans that I can show to schools (writing these and getting feedback on them is part of the course). Overall great experience and I’m so excited for the next step!

Thanks, TEFLPros for helping me get started on my TEFL journey. The course has a lot of videos so it's really engaging. I was never bored. After taking the course I feel really comfortable about lesson planning because they walk you through it step by step.

First, you do some pre-unit warm up, then you read about whatever the particular topic is for that lesson. There's a corresponding video for that instructional material. Then, if it's a unit about lesson planning, you actually WATCH them write out a lesson plan step-by-step. Then you get to watch that lesson plan in action in a real classroom with real students. There are 6 real teachers in the class with nearly 18 hours of real class observation so I didn't have to try to find classes to go sit and watch. This was super convenient. I could go on and on. Anyway, do your cert with TEFLPros!

From start to finish, this was by far the best TEFL course out there. I actually took one in the past from Groupon and I was totally unprepared to teach and most schools wouldn't accept it. TEFLPros course was like night and day compared to that rag I bought for $19 on Groupon. They are straightforward, supportive and most of all, the course content will ACTUALLY PREPARE YOU TO TEACH. The modules are well planned and clear to follow. Each module requires a multiple choice quiz to pass and some related activity (lesson plans, worksheets etc.) So it's not all ABCDABCDABCD. I actually have a portfolio of my own lesson plans now that I can submit to employers. I do online teaching but I'll be moving to Thailand this fall thanks to all the help and prep from TEFLPros. Thanks Abby especially for always responding to me fast. Do this course. You won't regret it.

This was exactly what I was looking for! :) I plan to teach online to make some extra cash. Most companies require a TEFL certification now, at least all the ones I was looking at. A lot of people suggested that I just get a cheap thing on Groupon or something but I actually want to learn how to teach properly and those courses are absolute junk, I can't even believe they qualify! The thing that was great about TEFLPros is that they are no BS (excuse my language). They respond almost instantly to all my questions and gave me straightforward answers when I was choosing a course. Trying to choose a course was so overwhelming but TEFLPros made things EASY. I enjoyed the course; it was engaging and really practical. I may not use everything I learned in my online teaching but that's ok, a little extra knowledge won't hurt! Thanks TEFLPros for making this such a great experience!

When I was starting my journey as an English teacher, after deciding to switch careers (I graduated as a veterinarian), I started looking for certified courses which I could enroll to acquire practical knowledge that I could later use in class. This course gave me all the basic tools I needed to feel prepared and to be able to organize a class from scratch. I can't stress enough how helpful Jocelyn was with every question I had and to guide me through my first mock class for the first job I landed after finishing the course. To anyone who wants to get a clear idea of all the basic things necessary to be an excellent teacher I highly recommend you to enroll with TeflPros, I recommend it with everyone I can. .

I just completed and successfully passed my online TEFL Pros course. After doing extensive research, I decided to go with TEFL Pros. I was looking for a course that not only would teach me how to conduct ESL/EFL classes but at the same time be affordable. I was also looking for an online course that was modern with visual instructional videos. The TEFl Pros staff answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly. After doing my research, I was confident that this online course fit the bill. This course teaches you how to prepare lesson plans along with managing a classroom. The best part was being able to view actual instructional videos of ESL classrooms. I'm very content with the clear instructions that were provided throughout the course. The time and money invested in this course is well worth it. Therefore, I would highly recommend this course which will provide you with the background you need to begin your ESL teaching career.

First off, thanks to all the TEFLPros staff who were incredibly supportive through my whole process! I had a lot of questions and they are always there for me. I shopped around for TEFL courses for a while and the thing that drew me in about TEFLPros is that they seemed so REAL. None of the gimmicky stuff like extra bells and whistles, “but wait there’s more...”, 90% discount type stuff. They are focused, clear and straightforward but fun! And the course, wow. It has prepared me SO well. In the past I bought one of those cheapo courses off of Groupon, what a joke!! TEFLPros actually prepares you to be a teacher. You have 18 hours of real class observation (that you can do from home instead of hunting around for a local class which may not even exist). They gave me a ton of feedback and actually treated me like a person, not just a number. And the job assistance! They helped me get an awesome job in Thailand that I could never have found on my own. I could go on and on. So bravo TEFLPros, you earned my 10/10. I’d give you an 11 if I could! Thanks guys :)

I cannot say enough about how amazing the TEFLPros online course was. I was able to work and study at my own pace, which really helped a lot. The modules were easy to go through as they were knowledgable and informative in regards to teaching skills, which in turn were complimented by the teaching videos accompanied with each module. The course is broken down in a way that enables you to create the right building blocks for the lessons you'll plan. because of TEFLPros you'll be able to add value to every thing you do and plan when you teaching. I'm super thankful for this course since it's enabled me to go into my new teaching job in Madrid with confidence and ease. I strongly recommend this course to anyone interested in starting out as a new teacher abroad.

I just saw this page online. I got curious about so I made a trial for free. I easily got interested about the strategies they made for the studrnts to easily understand the lesson. I like the way they delivered the lesson. Its clear and easy to understand. So, at that point I contacted one of the staff via email and enrolled this program. As I started this program it helps me to be more competent and gain confidence to be a teacher. It gave me some techniques on how to deal with the students especially they have different needs. It's kinda hard to study while working a tough job at the hospital too but with their full support and encouragement I finished this course. I am very happy to be a part of Teflpros family. I hope that one day we can see each other in person and I'm going to say thank you so much for being one of my mentor and a supporter for this course.
