I was somewhat hesitant to move across the globe to teach in China. In fact, I initially thought I would end up teaching in Spain. I met Dan while searching for teaching positions after completing my TEFL certification, and I am so glad that I did. He walked me through what to expect every step of the way and he eased my anxiety about leaving home to go on an adventure. Getting the visa for China is not as easy as some other countries that host foreign English teachers, but Dan simplified the process for me and worked with my school to let them know about some of the delays on my end. My experience was awesome. Dan walked me through everything and explained the requirements and benefits of the job position very well. He explained the visa requirements to me and how we could get the necessary documents authenticated and legalized. He was always in touch with me, explaining any necessary steps that we would have to complete and how we could get them done. I was apprehensive and scared about the idea of travelling to the other side of the world, and I had no idea what to expect, but Dan helped me through everything, including the lengthy visa process, and kept me updated through regular chats of the next step in the process, breaking it down so I understood what it was that I needed to do . I can't speak more highly of Dan and teach English Global. This guy will guarantee you arrive to China fully prepared and will find you a great employer for your China experience.

China is a lovely country, there's lots to see and do here. It is so big that you can live in any climate you want. Definitely give China a chance!

I only reached out to Dan after seeing him feature in a Youtube video about teaching abroad and wanted to get a bit more information on where to start. From there Dan has done everything to get me set up for success in teaching in Beijing.
