The course was more comprehensive than I thought and also offered some really good advice. There were nine basic units, each consisting of a video and written information and then a quick quiz. The website is straightforward and easy to navigate. I needed an online course and this one was reasonably priced and I`m happy with its quality. If you`re not a native English speaker, an in-person course might be better the better choice - some areas/countries don`t accept online certification.

I am very satisfied with this online TESOL course. It was informative, well organized and helpfull. The materials are good and might be really helpful in the future. Possibility of working in your own pace is a great advantage as well as reasonable price. Website is really easy to navigate. I highly recommend UNI-Prep 120 hours TESOL certificate to everyone who would like to teach English abroad.

I am so in love with UNI-Prep. I needed today to prove my English skills to people who don't speak English. My studying in a university depended on it and the preview of my TESOL already helped me and changed my life completely!!!
Also, you can trust them! It's the second time I register for this course. First time, I change my mind about being a teacher, as I am a non-native one, and UNI-Prep made a refund. So they are a serious company! That's why I came back and I will come back again, for DIPLOMA, OF COURSE:)

A much needed course in China, this was very well priced (the best out there) and worth the money. The materials are straight and to the point. The course wastes no time and offers no filler. The materials are easily uploaded on virtually any device, and study-testing can really be done anywhere or anytime. You have a solid 3 hours per assessment which is far more time than anybody would ever need to take something like this. Even a person getting this certificate just to fulfill job requirements will find useful material in this course.

I recently graduated from university here in the United States and took Uni-prep's course to obtain a TEFL to begin my educator career overseas. It was affordable, effective, and informative. The lessons were clear, you were given two tries on all tests, and the .pdfs are downloadable. I haven't had very much experience in the education field, but I feel that this course will give me the necessary jump to begin my professional career.

Fast and informative. I loved doing this program. If you need a certification in Tesol or Tefl, then do Uni-Prep!!! They provide assistance in any way and are very helpful with any questions that you might have. I look to teach abroad very soon and was impressed by both the efficiency and timeline of the program. The cost of the program was also very surprising. For only $250 you can receive a 120 hour certification.

I'm glad I found UNI-Prep to get TESOL certification. The program is very informative, helpful and direct to the point. I highly recommend this 120 hour program. The course content was full of relevant and useful teaching strategies that are easy to applying in the classroom. I feel prepared to teach after taking this course. The price of the class is exceptionally affordable. The instructor could be enthusiastic (was a bit monotone) and would like to have the opportunity to interface with an instructor to ask questions and provide clarification on some of the content material. Other than this, the course is very good. It is affordable and offers the ability to complete it wherever there is internet access.

I have been teaching English for 10 years before I took this TESOL course. I had a little training in teaching ESL in the past. This course had very informative reading materials and interesting videos. They both reminded and taught me me on how to become a more professional ESL teacher. It helped me understand how students feel and the struggles they go through when learning English. I learned more about assessments and lesson planning. So it helped me to develop better tests and lessons. My focus in teaching English is speaking, however my weakness in teaching ESL was writing. Now, I'm more confident to teach writing to my students. In the videos, the speaker was interesting. He have a lot of information especially on lesson planning for writing, listening, reading, and vocabulary. He also gave good example situations that I can relate to or agree with.
This course is good for anyone who wants to teach ESL.

Good price, decent coverage, but a bit too easy/lacking in a true 120 hours of material. I would have liked to have seen more about teaching beginner learners, as the emphasis appeared to be placed on advanced. I can't help but wonder if other international offerings may be slightly better. Considering two week turn around for any inquiries, i never used the mentor service, which is unfortunate. Glad it can be completed quickly, but would have liked to have gotten a bit more bang for my buck.
