Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management

The Institute provides formal education for professionals in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Limited scholarships are provided by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) for the eight months diploma programs every year.

Training and education in Hospitality Management takes place in modern facilities with kitchen, bar and restaurant opportunities. The practical experience is coupled with teaching of the latest operational theories and trends in the hospitality industry. Subjects range from general modules like Entrepreneurship, General Management and Sustainable Development to more specific modules like Culinary Arts, Front Office Management, Marketing and many more.

In Tourism Management the focus is on gaining theoretical and practial knowledge for the tourism industry in general and in Travel Management in particular.

An additional module in teacher training can be added and a three months industrial placement is possible after completing the diploma program.
