About Program
Designed for all levels, career changers, and aspiring professionals, the Ritz Escoffier Cuisine Diploma offers a comprehensive journey through French culinary arts.
The program spans three progressive levels—Introductory (6 weeks), Intermediate (5 weeks), and Advanced (3 weeks)—covering essential techniques from stocks and sauces to Haute Gastronomie. Each level includes hands-on training, chef-led demonstrations, and culminates in a practical exam.
Upon completion of all three levels, trainees earn the Cuisine Diploma. The 14-week course (420 hours) also offers the opportunity for a 4-week practical training in the Ritz Paris kitchens, subject to availability.
Instruction is in French with English translation.
