About Program
This Bachelor combines studio practice with academic work, during which students will explore the traditional studies in the world of art history, as well as a focus on modern and contemporary art and art writing. They will learn about traditional techniques and skills, and also approach different current, more experimental, medias.
Being located in Paris, the city offer resources for art historical studies with visits to the many museums, art galleries and research centers such as the Bibliothéque Kandinsky or the Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
With the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History, Theory and Criticism, students will be prepared to follow their studies in the graduate level of art history, theory and criticism, curatorial and museum studies, studio art and liberal arts disciplines. They will also be able to pursue their careers in museums, galleries, magazines and publishing companies.
