About Program
Spend two weeks in the Mediterranean working with the sea turtles that call Greece’s white-sand beaches home. Together with experienced international volunteers, you’ll help preserve marine wildlife and go on excursions to nearby towns and villages. Your project will focus on guarding the nesting habitats of endangered loggerhead turtles and collecting data about their behavior. In your free time, you can learn about Greek culture while visiting ancient ruins and the beautiful landscapes that overlook the Ionian Sea. You and your group will live on the beach, within walking distance of your volunteer site and local markets.
