About Program
Study Japanese language and culture this summer in Kobe - Kansai region of Japan. Low cost, non-profit program. 4 week summer session (July). Open to all college students, high school grads, and adults worldwide.
With its central location, Kobe is a desirable place to learn Japanese. With all language courses being taught in the morning and only a few afternoons dedicated to writing and culture courses, most afternoons and all evenings are free for students to relax and explore Kobe and its surrounding cities - Osaka and Kyoto nearby.
Overall, students have fifty-five hours of instruction a week, with a fun mix of language, writing, and culture courses. Trips to Kyoto and Nara are pre-planned, but students may also attend festivities such as the Osaka Tenjin festival and the Beer Garden Party. Study abroad in Kobe this summer!
