About Program
Holbrook Travel invites you to come study the ecology of the Amazon in Peru this year.
The 11-day program allows the opportunity for travelers to learn about and contribute to scientific research projects on different animals at the Amazon Research Center. Visit the ACRCTT, a bioreserve that hosts the region's most diverse plants and animals. Travel by foot and canoe through floodplains and learn about different species that habitate the area. At Frog Valley, learn about poison dart frogs and the efforts to conserve and breed them. Zipline above the treetops and see an aerial view of the rainforest. From treetop platforms, look at giant bromeliads and beautiful orchids. See nocturnal rainforest animals on nightime excursions.
