About Program

Traditional and avant-garde Spanish cuisine meet each other in this unique program available only in Le Cordon Bleu's Madrid campus!

For centuries, Spanish Cuisine has enjoyed worldwide fame thanks to its diversity of exquisite, yet homely flavors. Now, with the help of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, you can take a whole course to delve further into Spain's vast and rich cuisine and earn a certification in high quality Spanish cuisine creation!

This is a 9 month program composed of three certificates: Basic, Intermediate and Superior. Within 30 weeks, students have 2 demonstration sessions and 2 practical sessions per week. You also have the option of taking intensive training in the beginning of summer. Keep in mind that each certificate lasts 120 hours.

Once you complete the three levels, you'll get your very Spanish Cuisine Diploma!
