About Program
With a long history in exquisite and exotic dishes, Spain is a whole unique world of flavors. And now you can get a hands-on learning of its cuisine through Le Cordon Bleu Madrid's diplomas!
The Spanish Pastry Diploma is a nine month program that will submerge you into the secrets behind some of Spain's sweetest delights. It consists of three certifications: Basic, Intermediate and Superior. The course lasts 30 weeks, and students have 2 demonstration sessions and 2 practical sessions of 3 hours each per week. They could also take the Basic Certificate with a more intensive schedule, in weekends.
Students that obtain all three levels will be awarded with the Diploma in Pâtisserie!
