Qualifications

Candidates must have a recognized teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) certification
Native speakers are preferred
A University Degree is required
EFL classroom experience is also desirable, but not essential. In some cases, extensive relevant TEFL experience can be considered in lieu of formal TEFL qualifications. Above all else, candidates should be enthusiastic, committed, positive and sociable

Salary / Benefits

EF English First Xi'an offers a salary from 10,000 – 15,500RMB (after tax) - depending on qualifications and experience - per month for teachers. All figures quoted are NET.

Total package value: 12,500-18,000RMB per month
