-Outstanding personal/interpersonal communication skills with an openness towards cross culture environments
-Experience with technology in facilitating instruction
-Excellent organizational and neatness skills

Responsibilities of Position:
-Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity, interest, and abilities of the students.
-Guide the learning process in accordance with established curriculum goals,
-Clearly establish and communicate objectives to the students for each lesson, unit, and project.
-Support specialized ESL assessments. Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular -basis, and provide progress reports as required.

Teaching English in China was one of the best choices I have ever made in my life.

As Asian countries were always attractive to me I had decided to search for the job opportunities in China and my choice fell on teaching English to kids. While I was scrolling down the company profiles I found Endeavor Group and left them an email. They replied and with their prompt response and guidance in everything, starting from job search to preparing the documents, I finally found my place of destination in China - Shanghai!

This is by far the best time I have had and that's a big thanks to this company and my recruiter Sophie who helped me to get it.

What would you improve about this program?

It's 100% perfect

I have previously worked in China, and previously worked with a company that was extremely shady. This time around I worked with Endeavor Group, and I am so thankful that I did.

From helping me find the right company in the right location, to always checking in to make sure that I am safe and doing well in all aspects of life here in China, I could not be happier to be working with them.

A lot of companies cannot be trusted here, but this group is honestly the most caring and easy to work with companies that I have spoken with, and by far the best that I have worked with.

Seris was born and grew up in Huainan, China. She has always pondered what kind of life is meaningful, then she found the answer. She believes that the person who creates the most value for others will be rich.

Western culture and the English language are especially popular in China at the moment, and Series has found it the perfect platform for her to help more people in Chila to learn about Western culture and language. It has been her best decision yet!

In her free time, Seris likes to read books. She is also learning to play the guitar.

What is your favorite travel memory?

I am most impressed by the first time I traveled with my husband -- we went to Nanjing. We tried so many different foods for the first time, including Chinese and Western food. We saw many ancient and interesting buildings, such as Ming Palace and Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

At the beginning, I was nervous and uneasy because I wanted the work I was doing to be perfect. My boss told me to relax and that his ideal employee was positive, tolerant, and empathetic. This allowed me to ease my mind while still working efficiently.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

My favorite stories are those of teachers who want to help as many students as possible achieve their education dreams. One, in particular, has helped over 20 Chinese students get accepted into universities abroad.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would choose to teach English with English First in Chengdu. I love the city of Chengdu. It is famous in China for being the home of the Giant Panda. In addition, the city has huge mountains and the landscape is just amazing. EF is one of the largest providers of English Training throughout the world and their reputation is extremely good and well known.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

The job this company does is unique -- it encourages foreign teachers to come to China and fall in love with our country while giving locals the chance to learn English and about Western culture.

I'm always proud of our team when I get feedback that both the foreign teacher and local school are satisfied with our work.
