Preply is a fantastic platform for online tutoring with lots of features that are available to enhance the teaching process (e.g. interactive whiteboard, flashcards, lesson notes, etc). The platform also offers a wide range of professional development opportunities for their tutors (free webinars and self-study courses that touch upon different topics around tutoring). Since you are not bound to any geographical place, you can use Preply to teach and earn money wherever you are in the world and whatever subject you are an expert in (languages, coding, music, etc)

I have been teaching the Korean language on the platform for more than 1 year so far. I can teach whenever, wherever I want. So it has been such a huge advantage during the Covid19 pandemic. Now I can go out and work, but I'm sticking with teaching online because it gives me a stress-free lifestyle. I don't have to struggle with traffic jams, don't have to bring a lunchbox to work, and so on. I'm enjoying my work at home safe and comfortable. (Sometimes I can teach while I'm traveling. I only need my laptop and good Wi-Fi.)

The platform is perfect for teaching. I know they put lots of effort into making the 'Classroom' is easy and convenient for both teachers and students. There are lots of Korean language learners on this platform, so I don't have to waste my time promoting myself everywhere.

Being on Preply has made it really easy to find students to tutor.
It's really straightforward to set up an account as a tutor, the part that took me most time was recording my video! I joined their Facebook community also and people there were great at helping out with teaching ideas and where to find other materials (though they have materials for teaching English on the site) and I really like that they have training webinars and courses to help develop professionally. If you teach on your platform you can use your classroom and it's super easy to upload docs and videos there to use in class.
