Received a very good service from my tutor, Mr James Pillay. He's very helpful and responsive. He explains things well. I liked that I took the Blended online course because I was able to do everything in my own time and it was easier for me to complete all the assignments, I was also able to attend later for practicals. The course contents are precise and my tutor is knowledgeable. Tefl course is very interesting and helpful with finding new skills of teaching and learning. I loved the experience.

I completed the TEFL course at WITS Language School. This was a well-structured course that covered all the important aspects of teaching English. The instructors, David Steyn and James Pillay, were both amazing. They were organised, professional, and added a sense of fun, which was integral to the challenging nature of the programme. They both put so much effort into their teaching, which I really appreciated. I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to become a TEFL teacher, whether they would prefer to go overseas and work, or work online. This course has a high standard and equips you with everything you need to know.

The TEFL course was really informative, excellent and fun! The teachers made each lesson to be fun and interactive. I learnt a lot and was encouraged throughout the course. There was always teachers support when needed and the classroom environment was friendly, helpful and supportive. The course is very interactive and you will learn a lot and grow with each lesson that you have whilst having supportive teachers and classmates. I had a fantastic time and I encourage those that are interested to dive into the course!

Doing the online TEFL course was an incredible and unforgettable journey. The course was extremely informative and the staff was amazing. The material is detailed and full of valuable information and you will learn so much more about the English language than you ever thought you would. The platform is impeccably organized and it is designed in a way that enables you to learn everything the course is meant to teach you. I would recommend this course any day and to anyone. It is worth every cent.

On site learning was an incredible experience. A great learning environment with the possibility of creating longterm friendships with like-minded individuals. Every lesson was fun, interesting and important. The lecturers will fully equip you with the skills you need to become a great Tefl teacher. They will also share with you fun, personal experiences that they have had while teaching overseas to give you a clearer idea of what to expect out there. They will also recommend their favourite places to teach at, the age groups that are best to teach and which countries they personally enjoyed staying at. Don't miss out on this life changing experience .

I did the WITS Language School TEFL certification upon the insistence of my friend who had done it before me and had succeded in moving overseas to teach English. My goal was the same and now I am stationed in South Korea.

I would not have gotten here and feel as ready as I am to teach learners without the teaching I received at WITS. At the orientation camp in South Korea with teacher recruits from various other countries, I found my certificate from WITS meant I was better prepared and a step ahead in my understanding of TEFL pedagogy and CLT. The lecturers are thoroughly trained and highly qualified. I found lecturers interesting, inciteful, and fun. Course materials supplied were chock full of relevant and organized content knowledge. I had a great time doing the certificate and am still communicating with my lecturers when I am in need of guidance and support.

Overall, I had a great time, learned a lot and would highly recommend WITS language school to any person hoping to teach English as a second language.

The blended learning course was a great mix which incorporated online learning and in person lessons. This proved to be very useful for me. My teaching assistant was brilliant and helped me through every step of the way. I found the material to bear along of substance. If you are interested in studying a TEFL degree, I would highly recommend doing it through Wits university. From hearing the experiences of others regarding TEFL, this is the best. Ultimately, if you are interested in leaving your home country, this is by far the easiest and most enjoyable avenue to do that.
