About Program
The Neighborhood Development project aims to develop neighborhood communities in areas peripheral to urban centers, through capacity building and optimization of existing resources in the same communities to achieve access to adequate housing.
In this context, the Development of Barrios project aims to take advantage of a latent capacity in the communities to take care of the housing problem that they suffer and to work in partnership with the private, public and social sector (the third sector).
