Price Details

Includes project set-up arrangements, airport pick-up, orientation, volunteer guest house accommodations (similar to a dormitory style dwelling,) and 24/7 emergency in-country support.

NOTE: Meals are not included in the program fee for Argentina. Spanish lessons are available in Argentina for an additional $80/week, if your work schedule permits. Fees are subject to change.

Host family stays are available upon request. In some cases, it is possible for participants to negotiate the cost of meals and laundry service directly with the host families.

About Program

Bomp-bomp-bomp-baaah-dah... You know how the tune goes. Can't you just here the dramatic cadence commanding you to move? It's time to Tango -- Argentina style! AMPED's volunteer and internship programs, located in and near Cordoba, Argentina, will inspire you to move to the beat of a different drum in no time.

Volunteer for 2-12 weeks, or intern for 4-12 weeks.

Projects would benefit most from participants that have interests, skills, and experience in the following areas: administration, planning, marketing/communications, teaching, counseling, fundraising, conflict resolution, management, social work, accounting, and business.

Choose from a wide range of social service programs, including programs designed to facilitate community development, or to help special needs children, the homeless, economically disadvantaged children, and many more.
