NGO Management & HR Internship

The Coordinator is responsible for organizing, guiding, and supporting volunteers and interns throughout their placement with Future for Africa. Key duties include coordinating onboarding and orientation, planning activities, conducting weekly meetings, monitoring progress, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring participants understand their roles and responsibilities. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact for volunteers, interns, staff, and local project partners, helping to resolve challenges and maintain effective communication. They also support cultural integration, encourage teamwork, promote responsible volunteering, and ensure participants follow organizational guidelines and safeguarding policies. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong organizational and administrative skills, good communication abilities, and experience in team management or volunteer coordination.
