Global Leadership Program - Solar Field Representative

Saha Global knows that young people have the skills, intellect and determination required to solve some of the world's greatest problems.

Young leaders that participate in Saha's three-week Global Leadership Program will be trained to become Saha Field Representatives. Before traveling abroad, they will fundraise to cover the start-up materials needed to start a small social enterprise that will provide clean, green energy to a rural Ghanaian village for the first time. Once in Ghana, Field Reps will collaborate with a community to build a solar business from the ground up. This process will involve elements of construction, community mobilization, educational outreach and lots of hard work, but the end result will be a lasting source of power for an entire village.

To date, Saha Field Reps have launched 6 solar businesses, all of which remain in operation.
