About Program

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Hospital Administrator in ensuring that the facility performs with sound financial investments, adequate staffing patterns, and strict adherence to BJSH policies and procedures
Ensure the implementation of communication processes and practices to uphold these standards
Work with Financial and Administration team to support financial and budget management
Assist with hospital planning, management, implementation activities
Assist with the planning and implementation of project trainings for healthcare workers and community mobilizers
Distribute health education materials, including reports, bulletins and visual aids; maintain health education libraries to provide resources for staff and community members
Document and participate in team meetings and conference calls with donors and partners
