About Program

Sambhali Trust is a non-profit trust based in Jodhpur that aims to promote self-esteem, financial independence, and education to disadvantaged women and girls in Rajasthan. The focus of the work is on uplifting women, children, and gender minorities in need across Rajasthan, India, who experience discrimination on multiple levels based on their gender, caste, religion, and economic situation. Our projects focus on education, skill development, and women's empowerment.

Setrawa is a smaller village with around 3000 inhabitants and around 100km from Jodhpur. As a volunteer you will support the Empowerment Center and Primary Education Center in Setrawa, conducting lessons to neighboring kids from the Tribal community or assisting teachers in the local government school.
