Join India’s largest backpacker hostel network as a Vibe Curator — a hands-on volunteer role where you live in hostels, meet people from around the world, and lead social experiences daily.
You’ll host events, run the vibe, and make sure no guest feels alone. In the process, you’ll grow your confidence, learn how to handle crowds, create content, learn social media management and connect deeply with people from all walks of life.
It pushes you to be more expressive, more spontaneous, and more human.

Program Impact
As a Vibe Curator, volunteers won’t just assist—they’ll lead. You’ll shape daily guest experiences, host events, build community, and manage the real-time vibe of the hostel. You’ll also take full ownership of the hostel’s Instagram account, creating and posting reels, stories, and content that captures the energy of the place and helps grow its online presence. This is real-world experience in hospitality, community-building, and digital storytelling.
You’ll walk away with stronger confidence, sharper communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing both offline and online communities. By the end, you won’t just have traveled—you’ll have grown as a human, leaving a mark both on-ground and online.
