About Program
As Ireland's third-largest city, Limerick is alive with excitement and entertainment. Whether participants prefer to tune in to Limerick's legendary nightlife, shopping, and arts scene, or attend lively festivals such as Riverfest and the Limerick International Music Festival, Limerick will never cease to entertain. Service learners in Limerick will have the opportunity to learn more about Irish culture while they work to support local education and community development.
This unique hands-on program gives service learners the chance to get involved with the community. Since English is the primary language spoken in Ireland, service learners don’t have to worry about a language barrier and can focus on using their skills to give back to this vibrant Irish community.
