About Program
Palms Australia’s global volunteer program is unlike any other. We place skilled volunteers in long-term placements in remote communities to build the skills of local people. Palms Australia only places volunteers in communities that request their specific skills, which empowers them to achieve their unique goals.
Our partner communities in Kenya urgently require experienced volunteer Teachers, Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, IT Specialists and Dentists to take up 1-2 year positions.
Consider your impact: Volunteering abroad can be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and local communities, and at Go Overseas, we believe all volunteers should have the resources to make informed decisions about the type of volunteer project they want to partake in. However, despite best intentions, some organizations offering placements in orphanages may unknowingly place children in danger.
