Collaborating with local teachers, volunteers aid during lessons and, importantly, have the autonomy to organize creative activities such as drawing, coloring, and games.

Volunteers

In this program you'll assist children with difficulties and disabilities. This program classifies children into specific groups, including those facing physical challenges, cerebral palsy, autism, and mental illness. These children benefit from instruction in a range of vital skills such as life skills, concentration, coordination, basic writing, English, and mathematics. Activities include assisting during meal times, organizing sports activities, participating in recreational games and more.

Medical program

This program is tailored for participants from the healthcare field, offering a dynamic and immersive experience. Based on your skill level and abilities, you'll be assigned various tasks to assist at a local Kenyan medical center or hospital, situated in either Diani Beach or Gatanga village.
Collaborating closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals, volunteers will engage in activities aligned with the current needs of the healthcare center or district hospital.

Volunteers will support this community by activities like, constructing a roadside stand for selling handmade items, or teaching basic English or math.

As a participant, your role will be instrumental in helping these women recognize their strengths, building their confidence, and providing guidance on various topics. This exchange aims to inspire women of different ages to unveil their talents, empowering them to actively contribute to family, community, and national development initiatives.

Incredible

It was the best experience of my life; the team welcomed me incredibly. I adapted to the place very quickly. The project I was involved in was an orphanage/daycare, and I have no regrets choosing that project; the children are lovely. I was there for 3 weeks. During the mornings, we worked on the projects, and in the afternoons, we had free time. We could either go to the beach or, if we wanted to immerse ourselves in the country's culture, explore and learn about how the local people live
I would definitely repeat it again.
