About Program
Human resource management is a key component behind success of any development initiatives. As a volunteer-driven project, Poverty Fighters Initiative seeks to properly manage, train and mobilize volunteer resources. You will be responsible to carry out the following assignments.
- Develop training materials to train field volunteers
- Develop reading materials, guidelines, rules & regulations for field volunteers
- Work closely with field volunteers to ensure sustainable and long-term positive impacts in community site field volunteers working
- Actively involve in new volunteers selection project
- Mobilize volunteers according to need of local communities
This is an office-based volunteer position. However, frequent travel to community site may be required.
Program Requirements:
- 25+ age
- Be able to commit at least 3 months time for the assignment
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree with at least 2 years of experience
