Teaching English to 7-15 year olds in Russia

I have studied Russian for over three years now and this has definitely helped me in my job here at the International Youth Center because I can communicate with the children as well as the Russian staff more effectively. However, no experience with Russian is needed to be successful. I'm very busy everyday but I enjoy my work immensely. I was unsure of how I would get along working with children all day every day, but it has been wonderful. I'm not usually a kid person, but you really can't help but enjoy yourself here. Everyday I teach 4 lessons of differing age groups and levels of English skill, which I plan according to the camp's theme of the day and grammar goals.

What would you improve about this program?
I am working literally every waking moment, whether teaching lessons or planning them. There is almost no significant downtime expect on random days off. If I could change anything, it would be to have less work to do.
