Volunteers for English Summer Camps in La Rioja and the Basque Country
About Program
English summer camps for Spanish students aged between 8-15. There will be between 50 and 80 Spanish students on each programme with a team consisting of a programme director, professional pedagogical coordinators, monitors and volunteers.
- The Role:
1. To assist the teaching staff and monitors throughout the day. This will include activities such as afternoon sessions, projects, games, outdoor activities, sports and free-time.
2. To assist the teaching staff with supervision of students, including off-site excursions
3. To ensure the participants speak in English during all activities, meals, free-time and excursions.
4. To help students with their communication.
5. To follow the programme plan and follow instructions from staff.
6. To ensure that students enjoy themselves and develop their English in a fun-filled environment.
